Orders
To check your order status, head to the ORDER STATUS page, where you can login to your account and enter the tracking number for your order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and gift cards. We also accept pre-paid credit cards so long as the card has a billing address attached to it.
We cannot split payments between credit cards.
We also offer interest-free payment plans with Afterpay and Klarna — with no additional fees when you pay on time.
You will be charged when we ship your order. We will update you with a shipping confirmation email at that time. A pre-authorization is placed onto your credit card when you submit your order, but we don’t process the payment until the order has been shipped.
All dollar amounts on the US/International website are presented in US currency.

Yes, but we cannot guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries to P.O. Boxes or rural zip codes—selecting standard shipping is the way to go.
Yes. We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however transit times can take up to 10 business days based on the quotes provided from our shipping carriers.

Gifting
Reaux has a virtual eGift card option. Check back for physical gift card and personalized gift wrapping in the future.
CashStar is our 3rd party service provider for all eGift Card transactions.
To check your eGift card balance, load it into your account by signing into your account at the bottom of the page and selecting the option for loading Gift Cards.
Yes, you may choose to send a specific design with a personalized message. Your recipient will be able to see it when they open their email.
These eGift cards arrive in your recipient’s inbox within 3 hours of purchase. They can also be scheduled to arrive at a later date of your choosing.

No. There is no expiry date! But why wait to enjoy it?
No. We extend eGift cards without having any hidden fees, including shipping costs for domestic customers.
No. Gift cards can be added to your personal profile for easy checkout, but they cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift cards can be combined with credit and debit cards, Apply Pay and PayPal.
The only way you can use multiple gift cards is by registering your gift cards on your personal account. During checkout, select all the gift cards you would like to use to complete your order.

Garment Care
Please visit our YouTube channel to review specs on your garment, fit, and wash recommendations.
Each product listing will have specific garment instructions based on the product material specifications. Navigate to your product, and under the photos toggle to the section labeled Fabric Details to find wash guidance and material composition.
We know bra pads can be a bit tricky, but we did our best to help you out.
Nearly 100% of our bras and tops have standard bra pad size and bra pad holes which means if you buy size small across the board, then all small bras and tops will have the same bra pad size that will work with all of our tops.
To make your bra pads last without any creases or crinkles we suggest you remove your bra pads before your wash cycle and wash them as a stand-alone item and dry them on top of a flat surface. Many customers place bra pads into a meshed laundry bag to keep them separated from other garments and make the sorting and drying process seamless.

We engineered some of the most premiere fabrics you can find on the market. We did this strategically because we understand women are hard on their garments and expect repeated performance.
We went as far as cycle tested and stress tested our garments following our garment care suggestions before putting them to commercial use and they were able to uphold 250-500 washes and drying cycles before we noticed any changes in color, saturation, and fabric texture, dependent on if we utilized a mesh laundry bag during wash cycles.

Affiliates, Creators, and Publishers
We expect to launch our affiliate program in Q2 2025 with the plan on engaging with likeminded gym-goers, fashionistas, and businesses that align with the Reaux vision and mission.
To be a part of our affiliate and creator program:
Publishers must be 18 years or older to join our network and our 3rd party network.
Publishers are required to provide details on their promotional spaces during the registration process. This avoids any conflicts in the future.
Affiliates must have an active social media platform or website where it would be common to share and promote Reaux product offerings.
Exhibit a true passion for fitness, health, and wellness and a genuine interest in Reaux’s products.
Exhibit the ability to create engaging content that attracts customers.
