1. Access for all

Our customers come to our websites with a variety of experiences, which encourages our work to remain accessible. We want our customers to feel their best when visiting our websites. That is why we are taking careful measures to build meaningful connections and experiences for individuals of all ability levels.

2. Web accessibility guidelines

Reaux Sport has developed a 3-year strategy to implement an immersive experience for all disabilities by hiring a team of passionate individuals and third-party disability consultants to monitor and inform our accessibility efforts and partner with disability-owned businesses to ensure our inclusion goals are successful. Here is an overview of our 3-year roadmap:

 

2025: Develop standards and guidelines that define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. We goal is to go beyond what meets the minimum compliance requirements for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. Implement ‘Feedback’ tab at right-center of the website to allow for immediate user feedback on user experience, regardless of if they become a customer or not.

 

2026: Review all feedback from 2023-2025. Update all existing and new web content to meet WCAG 2.1, Level AA guidelines and incorporate VOC feedback.

 

2027: Elevate our standards and continue to implement feedback and strive to be ahead of negative experiences.

3. Third-Party Sites

We will preferentially purchase authoring tools that meet or exceed our web accessibility policy. On our website, we may communicate to our guests through different third-party websites, including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, Snapchat, Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn, and TikTok. These social media sites are not owned or managed by Reaux and may present challenges outside of our control for customers with disabilities and ranging access needs.
