Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) or on weekends will begin processing the following business day.
During high-demand periods, such as holidays or major promotions, processing times may be slightly longer..
Domestic - Standard Ground (3-10 days) -orders $50+
Domestic - Standard Ground (3-10 days) -orders less than $50
Domestic - Expedited (1-3 days)
International - Standard Economy (15-20 days)
International - Expedited (8-15 days)
NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier rates fluctuating or delays.
Waived Shipping Costs
Reaux waives shipping fees for domestic customers once the cart reaches $50USD and $200USD for international customers. Reaux plans to review VAT charges for international customers on a monthly basis with the aim to lower the minimum purchase amount to receive free shipping. We thank you for your patience and support.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
You can use this information to monitor your shipment’s progress. You may also log into your customer account and see up to date activity status.
Customs Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in Reaux’s shipping charges.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@shopreaux.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
We offer protection insurance during the Add To Cart and Check Out process. This flat rate provides package insurance to the customer in the event of damage or lost packages during transit.
Please note that Reaux is not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier or other external circumstances beyond our control.
Changes to Shipping Addresses
If you need to modify your shipping address, please email us at info@shopreaux.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

Shipping timelines reflect total order processing and shipping times. Your gear will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order date—you can also check on the status of your order HERE.
Once an order is placed, your gear will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. We email you tracking information when the order ships and you can also track your package via 1) email and SMS notifications if you are opted in, 2) your account, 3) the tracking number sent to you once the order is dispatched.
Please note that standard international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties and they may differ depending on your region.
Yes, but we cannot guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries to P.O. Boxes or rural zip codes—selecting standard shipping is the way to go.
Yes. We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however transit times can take up to 20 business days based on the quotes provided from our shipping carriers.

We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country and date of the purchase. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
