Once an order is placed, your gear will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. We email you tracking information when the order ships. Please note that standard international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties and they may differ depending on your region.
We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) or on weekends will begin processing the following business day.
During high-demand periods, such as holidays or major promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping and Delivery Option
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. The estimated delivery times below are in addition to processing times:
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2-4 business days
- International Shipping: 7-14 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location, shipping method, and the weight of your order. Free standard shipping is available for domestic orders over $200.
Complimentary shipping is included for all silver, gold, and platinum members without a minimum order amount.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
You can use this information to monitor your shipment’s progress. You may also log into your customer account and see up to date activity status.
Customs Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in Reaux’s shipping charges.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@shopreaux.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
We offer protection insurance during the Add To Cart and Check Out process. This flat rate provides package insurance to the customer in the event of damage or lost packages during transit.
Please note that Reaux is not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier or other external circumstances beyond our control.
Changes to Shipping Addresses
If you need to modify your shipping address, please email us at info@shopreaux.com
within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
