What kind of gift cards does Reaux offer?

Reaux offers physical Gift Cards and eGift Cards. Both can be used to make purchases online. Since Reaux does not have a brick and mortar, you cannot redeem this gift card at a physical location unless Reaux has a popup shop near you.

Where can I buy an eGift card or physical gift card?

Physical Gift Cards and eGift Cards can be purchased online or at a popup shop near you.

How do I check my card balance?

You can check your balance by adding your card to your customer account or during checkout.

Can I personalize a gift card before sending?

Yes. If there are design variants available, you can choose to send a specific design as well as a personalized message. Your recipient will be able to see it when they open their email.

 

If you would like to personalize a physical gift card, you may do so with custom gift wrapping options. 

When will my recipient get their eGift Card?

There’s a reason these make great last-minute gifts—eGift Cards arrive in your recipient’s inbox within 1-3 hours of the purchase. You may also schedule it to arrive at a later date and time of your choosing.  

How long does it take to deliver a physical Gift Card?

It takes about 2-10 business days via domestic ground shipping and 7-15 business days via international economy shipping.

My recipient never got their eGift Card—can it be resent?

Yes! Our customer service representatives can resend eGift Cards. You can contact them either at info@shopreaux.com or below using the LIVE CHAT in the footer.

Do Gift Cards expire?

No. Reaux's Gift Cards have no expiry date, but we recommend not waiting too long to redeem them—we’re that excited for you to try your new gear! 

Are there any fees associated with purchasing Gift Cards or eGift Cards?

No. You can only purchase an eGift Card with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal. You may not purchase a gift card using Klarna.
